Why do you use Patreon website for membership?

How often is new content added?
We regularly update our content library with new media and features that Patreons request every month. Note that only members of the "Master" and "Oasis" tiers can request new content. More details about tiers can be found here.
Why do I have to connect my Discord account to my Patreon account?
Some services, like the streaming service, require Discord authentication to manage access and provide a seamless experience. Connecting your Discord account also allows us to offer additional perks and community features through our private Discord server.
How do I link my Discord account?
Simply folow the guide here. Make sure you are logged in with the same Patreon account you used to subscribe.
Why can't I access even though I'm a Patreon member?
If you're an active member but can't access, check the following:
- Make sure you've correctly authorized your Discord and Patreon account
- Verify that your membership is active and payment is up to date
- Try signing out and signing back in
- If the problem persists, contact support
What happens if I cancel my membership?
If you cancel your Patreon membership, you will lose access to all services at the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access.
Is it safe to link my Patreon account?
Yes, we use Patreon's OAuth 2.0, which is the industry standard for secure authentication. We don't have access to your Patreon password and only request the minimum permissions necessary to verify your membership.
Can I share my access with other people?
No, access to the services is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your credentials or allowing others to use your account violates our terms of service and may result in the suspension of your access.
