How can I access the services?

Why do you use Patreon website for membership?

We use Patreon as our membership platform because it provides a secure and reliable way to manage subscriptions, payments and refunds in case anything happens.

How often is new content added?

We regularly update our content library with new media and features that Patreons request every month. Note that only members of the "Master" and "Oasis" tiers can request new content. More details about tiers can be found here.

Why do I have to connect my Discord account to my Patreon account?

Some services, like the Files Center, require Discord authentication to manage access and provide a seamless experience. Connecting your Discord account also allows us to offer additional perks and community features through our private Discord server. It's not mandatory for all services, you can access the Video Catalog without it, but we highly recommend it to get the most out of your membership.

How do I link my Discord account?

Why can't I access even though I'm a Patreon member?

If you're an active member but can't access, check the following:

• Make sure you've correctly authorized your Discord and Patreon account
• Verify that your membership is active and payment is up to date
• Try signing out and signing back in
• If the problem persists, contact support

What happens if I cancel my membership?

If you cancel your Patreon membership, you will lose access to all services at the end of your current billing period. You can resubscribe at any time to regain access.

Is it safe to link my Patreon account?

Yes, we use Patreon's OAuth 2.0, which is the industry standard for secure authentication. We don't have access to your Patreon password and only request the minimum information necessary to verify your membership.

Can I share my access with other people?

Not quite. Because we use Patreon for membership management, sharing access would violate their terms of service and could lead to account suspension. Each member should have their own Patreon subscription to access the services. We encourage everyone to support the project by subscribing individually.
